PARK AVENUE TREE-LIGHTING Party at Dorrian's!

  • Dorrian's Red Hand 1616 2nd Ave New York, NY, 10028 United States (map)

Join us Sunday as we enjoy a long-standing neighborhood holiday tradition!

"The tradition of lighting trees on Park Avenue began seventy years ago when several Park Avenue families wanted a special way to honor those men and women who died in World War II. Today the illuminated trees – which appear on the Park Avenue Malls between 54th and 97th Streets – remain a symbol of peace and a reminder of the sacrifices made to attain it."

We begin gathering with friends and fans at Dorrian's at 5pm. At 6PM we'll head over to Park to watch the Park Avenue Tree Lighting with thousands of other revelers. Then we return to Dorrian's for a post-tree lighting party, featuring a free glass of champagne, rum-spiked hot apple cider, and S'Mores-making at our wood-burning fireplace!

Dorrian's will be resplendent in holiday decorations as well, and anyone dressed in holiday attire will get discounted themed shots!

Hope to see you and HAPPY HOLIDAYS!
